I work out in order to stress out. It's a great stress reliefer for me, and this is why I preffer jogging to almost everything else. I actually feel putting in the effort, and the air filling my lungs and all the fibers in my body exercising!
I love it, but I cannot do it regularly, I either need to change the place where I'm joggin or need to swim after a while or go biking. Of course, I come back to jogging in the end, but I'm more of an artist, really.
The biggest thing I try to accomplish is running three times a week - I can't do that yet, I'm too lazy. It's my target. that and getting tanned, LOL!
