I don't do a thing and it's starting to show. I'm currently working through some respiratory problems and will return back to my active lifestyle when that is dealt with.
When I do have air in my lungs, I enjoy extreme mountain biking (love the big air), skiing (also big air), tennis, squash, and rowing. I'll likely be moving out of my current small apartment into a bigger place later in the summer so I can buy another home gym. I gave mine away when I moved here due to lack of space and miss it horribly. I hate going to the gym but get into a routine if I have one at home. I find that if I roll out of bed, crawl to the gym, do some bench presses, then I'm energized for the whole day.
