actually situps aren't too good for your back. to work out the tummy area, doing crunches is the best thing instead of situps. My niece is avery athletic and actually studied in university about this stuff and tells me all these things.

I have lots of workout videos, weights and equipment that i bought but never use it. I need a buddy to work out with to make it fun otherwise it's really boring to me.
