I'm pretty fit but I have to really work at it. I have a very busy schedule so it's hard for me to workout more than 3 times a week. I run, cycle, practice martial arts, pushups and situps by the hundred. I also make it a point to walk everywhere I can and I play lot's of sports with my son. I also try to eat right and drink lot's of water but I have a weakness for sweets and cookies (that's why I have to do situps by the hundreds).
