I would say that I'm pretty fit.
every monday, tuesday, thursday and friday i do the following.
warm up .5 miles on an excersize bike, do stretches for my back and shoulders, excersize on bowflex, stretch again, .5 miles on the excersize bike to cool down, and then every day that I can I ride my bike anywhere from 3 to 15 miles (15 only rarelly) around town.
I'm hoping I can save enough money to buy a nice road bike next year so I can go the same speed as most traffic and go farther.
Along with all this excersizing I also am sure to drink alot of water and other fluids. Just when I excersize in the mornings I always drink atleast five 16 oz. glasses of water.
