Skin color means nothing to me at all. Erika can be black as night and it wouldn't matter to me or anyone in my family one bit. Culture doesn't matter to me either. Krystal is 1/4 indian (not india indian but indian as in cowboys and indians) and she's always had a nice skin tone. Her biological dad was 1/2. means nothing to me.
I look at erika and i see no color. I see my beautiful little baby grand-daughter that I love with all of my heart. I brought up my kids with no prejudice. I taught them that we are all of one race, the human race. There is no color difference in our eyes.
