not all cable companies suck. mine is really good, professional and reliable. the one I had when i lived in brampton (rogers) sucked big time though!
I still don't understand the whole resetting the cable line thing. that's still baffling to me but if your internet is up and running now, that's great!!
I would demand some kind of discount too for not having internet for 3 weeks. why should you pay for a service you weren't getting?
