Seriously though, if your selling egg crates to a muffler shop and he wants a "business" meeting then obviously it's not business related.
Personally, I never set up meetings over lunch or any other meal. As far as I'm concerned, work remains at work and the meeting should have taken place in his office. Any extra curricular activities with the opposite sex can be taken the wrong way IMO.
