It did sound very yummy! strawberries aren't in season here yet but they will be soon. I think in may/june for us.
I make an awesome strawberry pie. it's so easy to make.
graham cracker crust
custard
strawberries
strawberry glaze
put the custard in the crust, top the pie with sliced strawberries and glaze them with a strawberry glaze. YUMMY! Everyone always begs me to make that pie. It's a refreshing thing to eat on a hot summer day.
Best part is that you can use nay fresh fruit to make it with.
