It's official:
Unfortunately I was correct in assuming Canaca couldn't get access to my database before the crash. This means that the sites are all rolled back to March 23, 2005 and any additional info on the database since that time has regrettably been lost. Please see

Official response from Canaca.com Tech. Support, 4/2/2005:
We are sorry about this crash, the backup we had was 7 or 8 days old and the crashed hard drive was not retrievable at all, so we have no way to have access to the data in the last week period.
You can also make backups daily depending how soon you update your site and keep it on your local computer to prevent loss in occasions like this.
Becasue of this loss we will add 1 month of free service to your account so the next due date of your account from:
2005-07-08
