A 'no breast' syndrome can be hard on women, I know that. That is why in some cases breast enlargements were not considered cosmetic surgery, and have been paid for by insurances. To help these women, as they suffered a lot of insecurity because of that.
But more often than not, women take it to an extreme, often encouraged or pressurized by their boyfriends or peers. Certainly with regards to our bodies, bigger is not always better.
Men on a lot of steroids actually do grow breasts. It happened with athletes from the former East-Germany; I think the phytoestrogens are too weak to have the breast-growing effect.
But if they are not, I am picturing already:
"I am sorry ... I can't marry you."
"Why?"
"Antonio, you have bigger breasts than I have."
