Even kids who are in school need mothering and nurturing. I think one of the problems with kids today is that they have to come home to an empty house.
I remember when I was in elementary school and my Mom went to college. I hated to come home on the days she wasn't going to be there. It just wasn't the same. It's extra hard when there aren't any relatives close up.
I agree that most marriages take two incomes to meet all the extra expenses......but it's not worth trashing a marriage over finances. You may have to learn to do without some of the frills....but sometimes it's worth it.
Star doesn't have a new vehicle...nor gets to go shopping everyday. Those things aren't as important to her as being home with the baby and with Kassandra. I happen to agree with her...as long as she is happy being home.
