Don't feel you have to entertain her. The nerves are a form of self preoccupation, wondering and being anxious about how you are coming across. Tackle them by concentrating on her, her interests and making her feel comfortable with you. That leaves less opportunity for worrying about yourself. Every time your attention shifts to yourself, make a conscious effort to move it to her. This will work much better in building a reciprocal relationship than replying on a specific technique or topic, which may come across as forced or boring.
