I don't remember ever being bullied....nor was I one. I was one of those preppy kids who never got in trouble and sucked up to all my teachers. I was president of the 'Young Republican's Club' and focused on politics.
I thought I was real smart and too mature to mingle except with a select few.
My kids have both had to deal with bullies though due to the neighborhood where we live....some kids here have a gang mentality. Usually, avoiding and ignoring them is the best way to deal with it. If that doesn't work....I've instructed my kids it's worth getting suspended to whip their A$$ if need be.
