Faye: Go on LS this minute and search for Papillon's thread when he decided to became a vegetarian (on Personal Improvement I think). Lots of people told him what to watch and what to eat.

I was vegetarian for one year, but I ruined my stomach.

HEre are the downsides of it in my case:

- I was seriosly lacking calcium, magnesium
- I had aenimia - something about the proteins in the meat that were lacking from my diet (wasn't eating soy or taking vitamins)
- I sometimes felt dizzy

The thing is, even if you do watch EVERY DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE what you eat, there are proteins in red meat that cannot be replaced since you can only find them in meat.

That being said, I totally congratulate you. I almost became a vegetarian today myself: I was eating my turkey and tomatoe sandwich on my way to the subway when I saw this beautiful big DEAD bird, with its feet up in the air. I felt like vomiting!!!! MAybe "corporations" are making us eat that too and we don't know it. Yuuukkkkkkk !!!!!
