I never breast fed either. I preferred using a bottle. I used the concentrated formula stuff, then went to powder, then put the the kids on regular milk. I also did the cereal thing within the first month. My Mom said babies now don't sleep very long because they are hungry. Made sense to me. I was all about filling them up so they would sleep 6 hours at a time after the first month.

They change the 'feeding rules' all the time.....seems like every 5 years or so. I'm not sure they know what they are talking about. My kids were wonderfully healthy and ate very well. They didn't even have to take vitamins and such.

I used the expensive diapers until they were older. After that, I didn't care....whatever was on sale or I had a coupon for....I bought.

THANKS for the baby links for free items. I'll pass them on to my daughter in law tonight. As a matter of fact, we can both sign up for free stuff and double the loot!!

The first site only applies for Canada....I'll look for some USA sites.
