There may be many reason why she doesn't feel warm towards you which have little or nothing to do with you personally. You may remind her of or be a 'type of' someone she's once felt insecure around.
My Mom has a rule which is: When someone doesn't like you - kill them with kindness'. (Kind of a spin off of the same Biblical thought). If I care if a person likes me or not, due to working with them or having to socialize with them, I have done this and found it to work. No....you don't actually kill them....you win them over.
Think of it as a test of character.
If you WANT her to like you.....maybe send a note or a small gift thanking her for her hospitality and mention how wonderful her baby is. The end result is that you could make a lifelong friend.
If you DON'T CARE if she doesn't like you..........send her a thank you note signed 'Thanks for nothing! Greg and Perky Jugs'.
