Oh, you're saying that by paying kids that have good behaviour in school it "Masks" rael problems at home. That, in essence, Parents are not Parenting, and that's the "REAL" problem.
And your solution is to NOT reward good behaviour at school?
Instead, I suppose you'd rather schools punish kids by putting cigarettes out on them in order to Model Better Parenting?
