Anybody ever have those?

I think I've had at least five like that.

Two of them I was shot at point-blank range.

The first of those was when I was living in an apartment and I dreamt I woke up from a dream, it was dark and went to answer the door. Upon opening it, I saw this black glove holding a gun and it shot me in the chest. That definitely woke me out of my real sleep. That would have been in the mid-90s.

More recently, I was looking through the front door's peephole and was shot through the peep-hole. I must say, I'm getting rather tired of people shooting me.

I've had conceptual-type deaths as well, the most recent happens a number of weeks ago... there was this line of people I was with, and we were inside a cavern where the walkway spiraled downward from the sides of the cave. Upon reaching the bottom was this door. This door opened into a room with a looooong dining counter (keep in mind people are still in a line, except now in this part everybody has a seat on a counter seat). At the end of the counter was another door leading to "the other side." Everytime I would move down one counter seat, the lunch meal would float along, which was nice and convenient. Anyway, upon reaching the end of the line, it was kind of like judgement time. It was also the time for "letting go." There were a few people grieving that I was leaving, but I had fairly quickly "let go" and was able to proceed through the door (the door didn't open, I just appeared on the other side, where I was in a nice, outdoor setting, free of the world I had left behind. And that was the end of that dream.
