After a few weeks of testing and manual database re-population, the time has come to take this site offline and replace it with the updated, cleaner and more user friendly version of Lifesupporters.com currently in beta here. In order to make this change I'll have to completely wipe the server clean of all existing files that link to this existing site, re-upload, configure and re-link to the newer software.

For this reason I can't really pinpoint an exact time we'll be back up in even partial capacity but my goal is to have restored at least partial usage by Sunday Aug 23, 09.

Even though much of the site is pre-built already there is still much more work to be done particularly after the move has been completed. This will translate into partial functionality being restored only with outstanding issues remaining such as:

• Web Link Directory offline
• News links and forum links (from news articles) not working
• Partially functional main site navigation
• Missing images
• Improper or poorly formatted news articles
• Missing modules such as sitemap
• News feeds not working/configured
• Ads not working
• Inspirational phrases not properly formatted
• Drastically reduced search functionality

The goal of course is to get up and running and take care of the outstanding issues in order of importance. For the most part the main site should appear fully functional for the average reader but for those of you interested in advertising opportunities, link exchanges, directory submissions, etc., full usability may not be restored for another few weeks.

Should you notice an issue that you believe needs to be addressed, please do not hesitate to contact me via our "Contact Us" page. Please make sure you use this link only because any others may not make it to me.

For those of you who have contacted me about advertising and other queries your correspondence has not gone unnoticed. I'll be sure to respond to you as soon as I have some answers as to what can be done on the new site.
