You wouldn't be human if you sometimes have no clue where your child's coming from? There are times when it appears as if the gap in parent child communication grows at the same rate as the child him/herself. I've literally listened to my own child in wide-eyed disbelief as something spews from her mouth and wondered where the hell it actually came from?
Funny thing is, I was no different as a child and I'm sure I put my parents through the same thing in my time with them.

Procrastination, Planning or Perfectionism?
For as long as I can remember I've always put off certain things until the very last minute. For much of my life I've believed or was led to believe that what I suffer from is procrastination but upon further examination I've found it may not be that simple.
While I'll admit that I do put many things off I don't put everything off which had me wondering if there is such a thing as selective procrastination?

| Fear of Doctors |

Quite recently I found myself sitting in the waiting room of my local clinic unsure of whether I'm more afraid of finding out what's ailing me or the doctor I'm about to see? In truth the visit was long overdue and I've suffered sometimes great levels of physical discomfort for years due to my fear of doctors.
My fear is so great that what finally pushed me here today was a prolonged bout of unbearable pain and the growing certainty that I should take better care of myself as I owe it to my loved ones.

| The right to die |

So you find yourself in the hospital suffering an affliction that will irrevocably change your life forever. Maybe you're suffering something that will drastically alter your way of life or perhaps your suffering something terminal in nature which essentially puts your life on a fixed timeline?
Regardless of circumstances surrounding this tragedy one thing is clear, you're life will never be the same again. Armed with this knowledge, you start thinking about the future and your role in it and quite possibly you've considered euthanasia as perhaps your best option.
Given this scenario, do you believe that it is your personal right and/or the right of your family to decide whether or not you continue to live or die?

Although the neither the news page or blog reflect it, 2009 was a rather busy year for Lifesupporters.com.
We finally managed to secure reliable webhosting and lay to rest the issues that have plagued us since day one. I simply cannot communicate how terrific it is to finally come here and see the site online and quick to respond, ALL THE TIME; its truly wonderful.
Virtually the entire site underwent a complete makeover in both aesthetic and usability and is now finally reaching completion. This one change took many months to reach this stage as well since I'm not exactly a coder so what may take some .html/.css experts a few minutes may take me several hours due to silly coding errors.
